Sana shared key takeaways from the event highlighting how open innovation drives growth through collaboration and shared knowledge, and discussed the approach of different companies, such as Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture and approach to experimentation, Google’s emphasis on community building and empowering individuals, ADQ’s focus on strategic alignment and calculated risk-taking, Wazoku’s belief in harnessing the collective innovative skill of the entire workforce, and research tools such as UAE Research Map and ResearchHub that are empowering the knowledge economy in the UAE.

The College of Education at AUE continuously empowers students to explore their own innovative ideas through INV 200, our hands-on Entrepreneurship and Innovation course, fostering innovation in teaching and learning for our future problem-solvers and leaders.
