He is serving now at the American University in the Emirates (AUE) as the Director of Doctorate Program in Business Administration. He served as Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business at Aqaba University of Technology (AUT), while concurrently holding the position of Director of International Relations. In these roles, he drove strategic initiatives to enhance academic excellence, foster institutional collaborations, and expand the university’s global engagement through meaningful international partnerships.
Prior to AUT, Dr. Emad held senior leadership positions at the Arab Open University – Jordan as Assistant Director for Academic Affairs and Administrative and Financial Affairs, where he led academic planning, quality assurance, accreditation processes, and financial governance. His earlier teaching experience in the United States at Argosy University, the University of Phoenix, and the DeVry School of Management enriched his pedagogical approach with valuable international perspectives.
Dr. Emad’s scholarly contributions include extensive curriculum development at the MBA, Master’s, and Doctoral levels, with expertise in Business Intelligence, Research Methodology, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management. His research portfolio comprises over thirty peer-reviewed publications in international journals, focusing on Business Intelligence, artificial intelligence in higher education, and organizational performance. Through his supervision of graduate research and leadership of scholarly initiatives, he significantly enhanced academic discourse and institutional standing, elevating reputation and advancing graduate education quality in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
