Undergraduate Student Retention Rate

AUE defines the undergraduate student retention rate as the percentage of first-year, full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolling in the Fall semester and returning in the following Fall semester.

Course Completion Rate

The percentage of earned credits out of all attempted credits receiving a course grade, excluding course withdrawal. Students who drop a course during the drop/add period are excluded from the course completion rate.

KPI 05

Employment Rate

Employed graduates are defined by AUE as business owners, full-time / part-time employees of private and public organizations, as well as full-time students seeking higher education within 12 months of graduation. The employment rate is calculated by dividing the total number of employed by the number of reachable graduates.
