Transfer applicants have studied at another higher education institution and want to transfer their credits to AUE. Here's what you'll need and how your previous courses are evaluated.

Step 1 · Before you apply
To guarantee your previous credits are accepted at AUE, submit the following with your application.

Original or certified copy of your high school certificate or equivalent, approved by the relevant authority in the issuing country and by the UAE Ministry of Education.

From an accredited institution — attested by the Ministry of Higher Education if from the UAE, or by the equivalent authority if from outside the UAE.

Course descriptions and syllabi, as published in your previous institution's catalog.

Official university transcripts are evaluated on a course-by-course basis against these rules.

The decision on credits awarded is made solely by the Dean of the relevant college. You'll be informed in writing of your transfer credits before you enroll at AUE.
Language proficiency
All transfer students must satisfy AUE's English entry requirements before admission — a valid copy of one of the following:

IELTS Academic
Home editions of the TOEFL and IELTS tests are not accepted — candidates must sit the test at an authorized testing center.
The process
From reviewing the criteria to receiving your offer — here's how the transfer application works.

Step 1
Review the transfer admission criteria and the important dates and deadlines.

Step 2
Apply online with a valid copy of your academic transcript from your previous university and all other required documents.

Step 3
Once you complete the form and upload your documents, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your application. The admission office will send your confirmation email or offer as soon as possible.
