How registration works
Complete these phases before the semester begins, following AUE's registration policies and procedures.
1
Meet your academic advisor to review your study plan and choose your courses, respecting course prerequisites.
2
Register your selected courses online through the student portal. Choosing your courses each semester is your responsibility.
3
Pay your tuition fees to complete your registration for the semester.
Academic advising
Advising helps you build your life and career goals, step by step, together with your advisor.
AUE believes academic advising develops life and career goals through continuous, sequential and logical steps taken by students and their advisors, supporting each student's growth.
You are assigned an academic advisor who is a full-time faculty member in your area of specialization. Your advisor helps you with course selection and schedule planning, and approves your final course schedule. It remains your responsibility to select the courses you register each semester, in line with course prerequisites.
Changes & resources
Everything you need to adjust your schedule and plan your semester.
⇄
With your advisor's approval, add or drop courses during the add/drop period on the Academic Calendar. Dropped courses don't appear on your transcript, fees are recalculated, and there is no add/drop charge.
