Dr. Eltayeb has been a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the United Kingdom (UK) since 2016. His publications in the field of business management cover topics such as service quality, national culture, innovation management, quality assurance in higher education, and quantitative methods. He has also conducted reviews of BBA and MBA programs in the UAE.

Dr. Eltayeb has held positions as director of institutional effectiveness and quality assurance at Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Al Falah University in Dubai. He has also taught undergraduate and postgraduate business courses at the University of Khorfakkan in Sharjah, UAE, and Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt.

Dr. Yasser Eltayeb is an associate professor of business management at The American University in the Emirates (AUE). He completed his bachelor’s degree in business management in Egypt, and obtained his business management Master’s and PhD degrees from the University of Maastricht and the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
